You can print out and reference this cheat sheet to help you use the basic functions of your phone system.

Transfer 

  • Press Transfer 

  • Key in the extension number

  • Press the Dial button .

Example: Transfer + 100 + Dial

Hold

  • When on a call, press the hold button (with the pause icon). 

Dial

  • Enter the area code, then the number you are trying to reach.

  • The phone will auto-dial after a short time, but you can dial immediately by pressing the Dial button (green phone icon).

Check Voicemail

  • To access voicemail, press *97 or the Mail Button .

  • If prompted for the mailbox, enter your extension number, then your password.

  • You can use *98 to log into any voicemail box from any phone.

Access Your User Portal

  • To visit your user portal go to hub.freshphone.com

  • Select the "Forgot Password" option if you need to set/reset your password.

  • Contact your Network Administrator or submit a support ticket if you do not have login credentials.
