Follow this guide for help in installing and troubleshooting your HT802 ATA.

Step 1

  • Ensure that there is an ethernet cable accessible and near to your fax machine.

  • Check that the ethernet cable has an internet signal and access to your local network.

Step 2

  • Plug the provided power cord into the Micro USB power port in the back of the ATA.

  • Plug the other end of the cable into your wall outlet.

Step 3

  • Plug your ethernet cable into the Blue internet port.

Step 4

  • Plug the fax machine's phone cord (RJ-11) into the Phone 1 port.

  • NOTE: Make sure it is the Phone 1 port on the right side, NOT the Phone 2 port.

Step 5

  • Allow some time for the ATA to boot.

  • Send a test fax to verify that the ATA is operating correctly.


Step 6

  • If the fax does not send correctly, reference the LED Lights and guide for troubleshooting.
