Logging In
Go to hub.freshphone.com and enter your email and password
If no user has been created for you yet, contact your account administrator or personal Freshphone representative to create one for you.
If you don't remember your password, select the "Forgot Password?" option
Dashboard
Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard
The Dashboard displays real time extension statuses
Available - Ready to receive a call
in use - On a call
Busy - Set to Do Not Disturb "DND"
It's a visual HUD for what's happening on your system
Voicemail
Displays your voicemail messages in your Inbox...
Displays voicemail Email and PIN in Settings...
- Displays voicemail Default, Busy, and Name Greetings...
Follow Me
Gives your Follow Me forwarding options and configurations
