Logging In

  • Go to hub.freshphone.com and enter your email and password

  • If no user has been created for you yet, contact your account administrator or personal Freshphone representative to create one for you.

  • If you don't remember your password, select the "Forgot Password?" option


Dashboard

  • Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard

  • The Dashboard displays real time extension statuses 

    • Available - Ready to receive a call

    •  in use   - On a call

    • Busy - Set to Do Not Disturb "DND"

  • It's a visual HUD for what's happening on your system



Voicemail

  • Displays your voicemail messages in your Inbox...




  • Displays voicemail Email and PIN in Settings...




  • Displays voicemail Default, Busy, and Name Greetings...

  • Gives your Extension's call record with sorting options by...

    • Date

    • Phone Number

    • Call Status
