Reboot your Phone Print

To reboot your phone, follow these steps:

Step 1

Press the Center Button on your phone's Directional Pad.

Step 2

Using the Directional Pad, scroll to Reboot.

Step 3

Select Reboot with the Center Button and wait while the phone reboots.

NOTE 1: It can take up to 3 minutes for your phone to reboot.

NOTE 2: If your phone is not responding, you may need to unplug and replug the phone's power cord.
