To change your voicemail password, follow these steps.

NOTE: There are two ways to accomplish this.


Option #1

The fastest way to change your password is to access your voicemail through your phone.

Step 1

  • Press the mail button or dial * + 9 + 8 + Dial

Step 2

  • When the voice prompts you, input your extension and your current password (3+ digit number)

    • NOTE: If you don't know your password, contact your admin to create a ticket with Freshphone to reset the password.

  • Default password is the same as your extension number, but will need to be changed to something unique


Step 3

  • Press 0 for mailbox options

Step 4

  • Press 5 to change your voicemail password

  • NOTE: Make sure to change the voicemail password to something other than the default, otherwise the system will prompt you to change the password again after next login

You can also change your voicemail password by going to your User Portal. For how to access User Portal, view this guide.

  • Click on the Voicemail tab on the left side menu



  • The Settings option will be on the right side of the screen

  • Under the PIN heading, input your new password

  • The settings will autosave
