To change the email address to which voicemails are sent, follow these steps.

 

Step 1

  • Login to your User Portal. For how to access User Portal, view this guide.

 

Step 2 

  • Go to the Voicemail option in the left menu.


Step 3

  • Under Settings, input your new email in the Email Address field.

Step 4

  • Ensure that "Attach voicemail to email" is set to ON. 

The settings will auto update once you are done, and you will see this notification at the top of the page:
