A: There are few options for changing an inbound Caller ID (CID). A CID or CID Prefix can be added for any or all of the following:


  • When receiving a call to your business from a particular number.

  • When a call is routed to a particular Ring Group.

  • When a Follow Me is triggered.

Example: Just submit a ticket and tell us what CID you want for each number, Ring Group, or Follow Me.
