A: Your extension must be enabled to record calls. The default Feature Code for recording calls is * + 1. For more information on call recording, look at our policy page. Call recordings can be played back in the Call History section of your extension's UCP login.
NOTE: If you want your extension to be enabled to record calls, contact your system administrator or submit a Freshphone ticket.
