A: There are two great ways to host a conference call!
1. Take advantage of the conference functionality from the phones themselves. While on a call, you can press the conference button to dial-in another party. 
2. Have Freshphone set up a Virtual Conference Room for you. We will designate a specific conference call number (e.g. 500). Think of this number like a virtual extension number. After a Conference Room is created, you can conference callers in using the normal way of transferring calls. Anyone with a Freshphone phone may join that call by dialing the conference call number (e.g. 5 + 0 + 0 + Dial).
