Step 1

• After you answer a call on the handset, select Options by pressing the soft key in the top-left of the keypad. 

Step 2

• Scroll to the Transfer option (it is the first option, and should be highlighted already). Press the center button on the direction pad to choose the transfer option.

Step 3

• The caller is now on hold until transferred. Enter the extension number you want to transfer to. Press the soft key in the top-left of the keypad to complete the transfer.
• Once transferred, the call will terminate from your handset.
