- Educate your users on the limit of your voice recording size. Encourage users to regularly monitor and delete old voicemails

- Purchase more audio recording space. Space may be purchased in increments of 5 gigabytes at $5 each increment.
Freshphone gives the option to have your voicemail messages delivered to you by email. If they receive voicemail-to-email, many users do not delete messages from their voicemail box. You may request that voicemail messages be deleted from your server automatically after they are emailed.
