To update the name of an extension, follow these steps:

Step 1

• Log into your Freshphone Hub.

• If you don't know your password, use the "Forgot Password" function.

Step 2

• Select Extensions from the menu items on the left.

• Click on the extension number you want to update.

Step 3

• Next to the current name of the extension, click the green pencil button to edit the name (see example).

• Enter the new desired name, and make sure to click the check mark when done.

Step 4

• The phone will automatically apply the changes overnight, or you can reboot the phone to apply the name change right away.
