This guide will help account administrators whitelist an IP through Freshphone Hub.


Note:

This process happens automatically for locations with provisioning desk phones. If you access Freshphone Hub or use the Grandstream Wave App, you may need to follow these steps to ensure full functionality.


Step 1

  • If you don't know your password, use the "Forgot Password" function.



Step 2

  • Select the Account menu item

  • Go to the IP Addresses Sub-menu item



Step 3

  • You will see your IP address listed followed by either Approved IP Address or Unapproved IP Address (example below).


  • If it is unapproved, click the APPROVE IP button.

  • You can also use the Manual Assign IP Address field if you are adding another person's IP to the Approved List.
