A: Yes! You can change the outbound Caller ID (CID) for the business number as a whole or for any individual extension to whatever name and number you want. Just submit a ticket and tell us what CID you want for each number/extension.

NOTE: Freshphone can and will change what CID your number will call as, but different carriers reference different directories and cached data. This means that we can change what your CID is, but we cannot guarantee that the CID will display correctly on the phone you are calling.
